Today the Lots Road Neighbourhood Forum filed the formal request for the designation by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea of their Neighbourhood Forum and Neighbourhood Planning Area. While the Forum has already galvanised views on how the area can be developed for the benefit of all who live and work in the Lots Road community, this statutory recognition will be the first first step in giving local residents and businesses a significant voice and say in the planning process.
