New Open Space for Lots Road

Lots Road South Development

Chelsea Waterfront
The owners of the Chelsea Waterfront have submitted a planning application to gain greater flexibility on the types of businesses that can occupy the ground floor of the Power Station building. The LRNF has called on RBKC planner to ensure that any flexibility does not negatively impact traffic and resident parking in Lots Road:
